Don't wait. What you getting is an unfair environment and just insult and humiliation and hand to mouth.

By whistleblowing and letting unfair practices know to agencies about Spectrum Inc (a public Enterprise) you will be public service and to the country. Also you will get $$$ for truthfully reporting such events or cases.

Remember, You at always protected by law and countries constitution so never fear about anything or allow anyone fear you.

False Statements and Omissions to the FDA

Pharmaceuticals and certain medical devices must be approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) before they can be sold to the public. As a consequence, new drugs and devices must undergo testing in clinical trials by pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers to demonstrate their safety and efficacy.

Providing false data to the FDA or withholding negative data from the FDA about the efficacy of a pharmaceutical drug or medical device in clinical research trials to get FDA approval to sell and market the pharmaceutical drug or medical device can form the basis of a qui tam/whistleblower action.

If you know or suspect that a pharmaceutical company or device manufacturer has made false and misleading statements or omissions in connection with the approval process for a drug

    -----

Folks do the right thing! Going thru SEC and FDA takes too long, Take the FCA route as there is REWARD!

All VPs of SPPI are closely watched

Anyone tries to do anything shady for Raj or for money is definitely looking for Jailtime☠. Let's see which Indian VP of Raj is willing to put his career and family on line for CEO Raj.

All loyal bootlickers will switch side and spill the lentil beans when given some kind of immunity from prosecution. Jail time and fines or tell the truth? Raj's nightmare is that these bootlickers can BLACKMAIL him too before the Feds and law catches up with him.

Folks, FCA will get you there with booty prizes followed by snitching to FDA and very distant SEC.

As for the asians doing the dirty deeds - jail time and ruined career is not far behind~!

Let me chip in the truth too. We were contacted by their kiddo-VP biometrics Gajanan Bhat, who I am sure does not even know the meaning of Biometric in real term. He asked us if we knew how to apply some statistic formulas and mixed and match data points to create some unwanted facts out of the thin air for apaziquone/eoquin. When we refused he took help of a small programmer (Boston,MA based) who is doing all data manipulation for SPPI now. This person is of chinse decent and one can easily find out as his company is still getting money from SPPI since ever. Gajanan Bhat, however failed SPPI miserably is ODAC.

This is one act of shadism and cronism known to us.

Same can be confirmed by Dr. Dave Salzar and Dr. Nozar Azarnia (Ex-VPs SPPI) as both have worked at spectrum and were asked to do so but they declined. One can ask them offline and may get all above.

Bhat up to his old tricks again on Rolontis. Word is that there will be relentless hyping thru paid touts to end of Q1 giving the crooks big enough window to sell without lemming investors catch on to heavy insider selling.
