Is there one or what? I was never told of one during hiring process or by my manager after I was hired. However, so many rumors/talk at training that there is a training bonus and the amount is manager discretion, within a range...Any insight or concrete proof of yes/no?
There is a new hire bonus. You don't get paid for the numbers in your territory for the first 60 days that you are employed at NNI. The new hire bonus is processed by your DBM. You either get a meets expectation (100% of payout for 2 months) or an Exceeds Expectations (about $200 more).
Training bonus? Are you that fuckin' good that you think you deserve a bonus for taking a couple of tests?
Shut up, dumb fuck. It's a new hire bonus. Do you think they should get paid for their numbers while their sitting in a classroom?
Do you think they should get paid for joining a company? Don't pay em shit, let em earn their fuckin' keep. Get with the program queef!
They aren't getting paid for joining the company. They are getting paid for doing well at training--their DBM has the option of giving them $0 if he chooses to do so. Quit being a dipshit.
Over 50% of the fuckin' training class couldn't even pass their entrance exams! PIP's were served one week into their Novo stint! Let's pay em' a bonus, smart appropriation of funds.
Are you an idiot? First of all, 50% of the class did NOT get put on PIPs. Secondly, if they WERE put on a PIP, they are inelgible to receive bonus, so your problem is taken care of. In short, shut your fucking idiot mouth. You come across as being more and more stupid each time you post.
Your training bonus covers you the first 2 months in the field, after phase 1B training is complete. Does not meet expectations: 0 Meets expectations: $4,500 Exceeds expectations: $4,700 (rarely given, don't expect it) At some point during your 2 months in the field after training, you need to have a conversation with your manager about the bonus. Good luck.
