Did anyone actually read Corines new newsletter? What will this HPBU transformation mean for us in April?

She said "it's a lot to digest", but made no reference to what "it" is. It will impact OneHP as well????

Time for leadership to flush the toilet!
Too much dead weight up and down the organization.
Three to Seven VirtuaI reps per state that can go out live on occasional interactions- pretty much all that is required- pedaling the product mix BIPI has. Need for management & director oversight is minimal- it’s an antiquated top heavy management model. Company can save a bunch by elimination of fleet vehicles & reps that don’t even remember how to back out their driveways

Cardio and HSBS on chopping block

 

Don't think so. Try again! Respiratory will be long before HSBS and card.

 

All I know is that there are recent job postings for all positions right now. No clear sign of impending change. That doesn't mean nothing is happening, just not any usual clear signs. No managers seem to know what the transformation is, so I guess we just wait and see.

 

HSBS are moving toward specialty drugs.

 

Really? HS.. BS to specialty drugs? They cost sale
