February 2018 and Transformation hasn't affected Endoscopy too much. Our travel/expense/demo device budgets are smaller and numbers are being tracked more religiously. Comp plan hasn't changed. The biggest change are those in CAM/CAE roles. All in all, we are starting to look and act like a real company, still a ways to go in way of salesmanship.
