Trokendi vs Qudexy

This question was posed on this board a number of years ago, before Qudexy hit the market. I wanted to ask it again now that there's been some time.

Here's my situation. I'm a patient with severe migraines, and I was prescribed Trokendi as a preventative med. It worked like a charm. Then some weird things happened with insurance when I went for my last refill. I'll skip the oddities because they're irrelevant. The story ends with the pharmacy giving me Qudexy instead of Trokendi.

Should I expect any differences in performance, particularly with side effects?
