is Troy an upgrade from Gary? Does anyone have faith in Troy?

Absolutely, Troy has spent his career leading in sales and marketing; whereas, Gary Jacobs is a scientist...and a brilliant one I must add, just not a businessman. Troy will either obtain the necessary big pharma partnership we need to survive, or he’ll even sell the company at a high premium so we all walk away with some serious cash in our pockets!
Yes, Troy is a welcomed change and morale has done a 180 since he took over.

Most of the screw ups except for maybe the dilution have Troy’s name on them. This company won’t sell for a higher multiple than Sucampo did do math!

Put down the Kool-aid loser. The stock is under 2.00. The management is a joke and so are you.

Unless a partnership results in a significant improvement in formulary status it won’t work

How do you like that beady eyed fucking moron now? Failed at sales, what made any of you think he’d be qualified for CEO? How embarrassing for him - crashed and burned in just 10 months of taking the wheel

I really don't know what more we could have done with this company. We tried to vote out all the directors and then found that somehow they were all retained. This is simply a crooked bunch. Now we hear that even the judge has a brother that works for one of the companies involved in the scam. It's all a rigged game.

Always is when money is in the mix. Synergy was doomed from the start.
Inept, incompetent, self- serving, lying, management ( sounds like our govt), couldn’t get out of their own way of train was coming a mile away. A mediocre at best, product with no insurance coverage.

It was amateurs vs. the pros....destined to fail, and Synergy did, miserably.

    Interviewing all this week.

The judge has a brother who works for Bausch Health? CRG? Rigged to the end. The BOD, CEO, CFO, all VP’s, especially VP Sales should never be allowed in this industry again. All are a disgrace.

According to court records filed today, the judge does not look favorably on incentivizing people in order to keep them employed with the company after BK has been filed. I am wondering if the current sales contest for Q1 will be affected. In other words, will reps and managers be paid out? What about severance?

I think at this point, we should all be operating under the assumption that we won’t be getting a bonus or severance. Neither are guaranteed and that’s been said from the beginning. When the first Q&A was put out (right after the announcement) they stated that we may not get either as they both had to be approved by the BK court. It’s also important to note that they haven’t approved last quarters IC plan yet either. So, we may very well not get our bonus from Q4 either.
