MD here. Every doctor I know uses 'uptodate.com' to make clinical and prescribing decisions. Trulance is now listed on that website as recommended to use over Amitiza and states it has a lower side effect and drop out rate than Linzess. This is like having a pharma rep on every doctor's computer that they actually listen to. Only a matter of time before Trulance replaces both Amitiza and Linzess..
