The problem with Ironwood is nobody cares if Trulance overtakes Linzess. The reps are brow beaten so hard to achieve their metrics every month, that's all they care about. The term at Ironwood is "SEI".
Reps are busy chasing SEI's vs chasing sales results, so Trulance can do whatever it wants so long as the Ironwood rep achieves his/her SEI they'll look like a hero. There are still some good reps left at Ironwood, but most of us have moved on to other companies where "selling" is the name of the game and not metrics.
