Replaced with deafening silence, if this deal does not go through the current senior management team will have no credibility to move forward.

You’re a dumb mf. This is an easy deal for Lilly. GnA will be cut along with most of the marketing and sales team. They are fully staffed and just need the product and pipeline. 1.8b is a drop in the bucket.

Everyone should always have their resume updated and ready to send to recruiters at a moments notice!

Wasn’t it 1.1B and not 1.8B? Either way, it was too cheap. There’s no communication from management anyways, so I’m just making up calls for now. It’s my fault I bought into this culture crap, and got burned.

that’s cause there is no answers, dipshit. Business as usual until the deal officially closes. Lilly legally can’t share plans until the acquisition is complete.

Integration teams already in place. They can do what ever they want, it is just official when the deal closes. You sound like the same idiot who got the price of the deal wrong by $700 million.

Word on the street is Pfizer is now interested.

Ok genius, sounds like you’re well connected with the “street.” Let’s see how that fake news plays out. You say that integration teams are in place then state it is official when the deal closes. Make up your mind rookie

I heard NSM is still a go. I’m assuming that this won’t close until after the meeting, to keep people from bolting.

I would love to go to a NSM and not care, get hammered and tell management they are a bunch of douche bags! That training guy is the worst

Would be idiotic to still do the NSM. Agreed about the trainer, let’s see what bs workshops he cooks up. Please be something to do with creating resumes or building your LinkedIn profile for when we get laid off. That would be more useful than anything else we’ve done

Can’t get enough of all the linked in NSM pictures! Comical! The praise about what a great company this is! ROTFLMAO!!!

Make sure to post your follow-up after Lilly lays all of you off you fools!

New York Skyliners.....what a crock! You are not fooling anyone! Most of you (not all BUT especially PC Club winners) should be reported to DOJ/OIG. Nothing more than a bunch of greedy liars and cheaters. Eventually karma will catch up to them. Where is your PC? Indianapolis?

The entire company needs to be reported for the amount of off label promotion and homemade bread they encouraged their reps to make that I was told about. I know a few people who are already in the process of reporting.. most corrupt company I’ve ever heard of!!!

“Im so honored and blessed to sell pit wipes. This company is so great, even though it won’t exist anymore now that we sold out. Looking forward to being laid off because Lilly doesn’t want pit wipe reps selling the biologic.”

What did Dermira give all these people to post on LinkedIn over the last few days? Never seen anything so fake and disingenuous. I’m stunned so many of you are making fools of yourselves saying how ‘amazing’ the company is. You realize how ignorant this makes you look? The product is garbage, the company is a compliance nightmare, the leadership is a joke, and none of us will have jobs once the Lilly acquisition is closed. Lilly does not want former arrogant Allergan reps who have never sold anything but topical trash and pit wipes! Wake up morons!

New York and California teams winning by getting a bunch of Medicaid writers to falsely scripts is a joke. I’m double dipping here now, and it’s fantastic. I didn’t get a bonus in Q3, so I’m making up for it now. Lilly is definitely going to sell Qbrexza off, and not retain you, so get smart and take advantage of no one giving a shit right now.
