    What’s with the endless unnecessary conference and zoom calls, busy work and activity trackers? We are still servicing our customers as best we can and did not create this situation. Why is BI changing the tone and pushing all of this when we are not at fault for the situation? It feels like you don’t trust your sales team or think we work at all and yet you’re even paying some employees for zero work. We are all very grateful to still be working but why the lack of trust and respect for sales too? We didn’t ask for this. We are miserable being at home instead of in clinics, scared for our families and selves, trying to home school our kids and trying not to panic also.

    Same goes as so many other manufacturers. Busy work, trackers, half-assed web training. In the meantime, we are aching to see our customers and feel helpless for them.

    I’m miserable reading your post. If you ever made your quota, you wouldn’t be such a crybaby. In time, you will kneel before me and do the only thing you are good at.
