Trying to collect over paid commissions

    Anyone else who can't believe this? Just filed taxes and now will have to amend. Also no revised W-2 sent. Is all of this legal? Didn't even receive numbers during the time period.

    It is, and it's sad. This does have tax implications, especially if you make less this year (Which 95% of us will).

    Xifin is what it is, a system full of flaws,in a now imperfect and failing medical system. It's scary times out there now boys and girls.

    Explain why you have to amend tax return. I don't understand.

    Because they are saying I made less than my W2 states. That's why I have to pay it back.

    You confused me. What does your paystub say at the end of the december year? Isn't that what is on your w4?

    Why do you have to amend? Your future paychecks are affected, not your past.

    When you cheese balls pay doctors for business do you write that off as a business expense???
