Yes it is. Kind of sad. Really a great work environment and corporate culture. I was asked in an interview I had lately what I would change about my current workplace and I honestly had a hard time coming up with an answer. Not sure if upper management reads these posts but a genuine thank you goes out to you for everything (with the one exception of selling it before it could realize its full potential). I have made some great friends here and hope to keep the party going as much as we can after this acquisition.
Really not sure what to expect from Arbor but I am going to do my best to go into it with optimism (if we do go into it at all!) and hope they learn from us about how a positive corporate culture works.
