    1. Do not provide your Salesforce with their Quota.
    2. Do not provide your Salesforce with an Incentive Compensation plan.

    3. Do not have a Marketing Director in charge of a Salesforce.
    4. Do not have said Marketing Director (who has never once been on a field sales call) tell the Salesforce who to call on.

    5. Warning Letter from FDA
    6. Hire more incompetent employees
    7. Have people get paycheck without really working.
    8. Keep ignoring fixing the deficiencies in the processes company wide

    12. DB/JK. PLEASE look at the ridiculous quota calculations, a combo of percentage increase on 1 drug and market share on another. Sales force is tiring waiting for better leadership. SOS/HELP!

    13. Recent hires sleeping with managers for favors.

    14. HR not doing their job of making sure best qualified people are hired and also getting rid of employees and managers who allow defrauding of company's money and resources. For example, employees getting fully paid even without working or showing up for work for long periods of time without notifying HR.

    At Akorn, managers can easily keep HR in the dark that defrauds the company.

    Message to HR- You have to also police the company in conjunction with ethics & compliance.

    15. Allow a Director of Sales to promote a product off-label.
    16. No disciplinary action for Reps not following proper sampling guidelines.

    You keep bringing up points that if you follow company guidelines are you doing your job in reporting these to The compliance hot line? Or just choosing to post crap? You must not have any ethics
