just went through the interview process for the New derm team. Completely incompetent recruiting , Abnormally unorganized. I did not get an offer. But now the recruiter sends an invite to join as a Patient Reimbursement Liaison.. basically . 4 different cities. I talked to the hiring manager like twice. very secretive. Recruiters know nothing .. UCB could have posted on Indeed and achieved the same. I had strong respect for this company before I begun interacting with it. Anyone have the same experience. Seem like jerks.
Total jerks. Asked questions that are clearly against federal law (age) and state law (salary). Everyone knows you cannot ask those questions. Duh!
