No. One one thinks any company should operate like this S. HOLE of a company no matter if your NEW or OLD... It's Inhumane... They treat toilet paper better in the home office executive bathrooms than their employees. This is TRUTH.

Hospital Rep here... I have spoken to a few others, and they agree....Anyone else feel that our job is over n not needed really at all? I have felt this for a while but now I'm convinced.
First our product mix is either a joke or going generic soon. Second their is more emphasis on Welchol and every other product than ours (which are not hospital drugs). Third only one person "me" and a Striker overlapping me w like 3 doctors, pushing Savaysa, for an extremely large area that BF had MUCH more voice and did badly, now cut to one voice....officially now a hard job has now become an impossible task. Fourth my "DM" is let's say "inexperienced", and only lived in the PC wild their ENTIRE career never even sold in specialty or even close to a hospital BF... And treats me like I don't even know how to tie my shoes... Got to say it.... It's over.

Welchol. I sold that as a contract rep years ago. And hmm, you are a "specialist". Speaks volumes for the quality of contrast today.

Say what? Don't follow you at all. Quality of contrast?? And yes hospital is now what in theory Specialty is in EVERY other company. You are correct. PC is so called "Specialty", but not at all. so lies across the board from DSI. SHOCKER.

My god The "role playing" is offensive....... Nothing new at all. Same crap, nothing new. I was told this meeting was gonna be different also w a different feel. Same BS meeting and the feel is different, the feel is NO ONE wants to be here, this time it's everyone! I might have to go all out tonight n get fired so I can enjoy an unempoyment check and peacefully look for a new job instead if faking this one. Peace out.

Let's just say an "order set" and "protocols" to this "DM" is: this particular office like Chinese food or coffee at 3:00pm on a particular day. Means nothing else to them, and they are to manage me and review my biz n submit an FCR on nothing they know??? Sounds like I'll be mentoring my boss for a few weeks till I'm out. This place is doomed.
