UHS is currently in fragile leadership.
Since the recent departure of Gary Blackford CEO the Executive Leadership is dropping out like flies hit by a spray can of raid. The sales and operation team are currently being lead by Patrick Sinclair VP of Sales and Brian Simons VP of Operations. Both leaders are strapped by the clear lack of understanding of the healthcare industry along with a serious lack of knowledge to the concept of medical solutions provider in this area of the healthcare industry.

These two individuals are doing their best to hold the organization together in spite of their lack luster experience in healthcare.

The UHS financial investment owner clearly does not have a grasp on the needs of the company. Throwing unqualified leadership at this organization clearly is placing a bandaid to the true needs. UHS is in a funk right now just sputtering along looking for a qualified buyer.

UHS has the infrastructure and sales organization to drive success.
The only problem the Organization does not have a clear definition to where it needs to fit into the healthcare market. This organization has a serious lack of corporate accounts representation.

So what would you propose as potential solutions to the issues that you have outlined? IT is one thing to throw stones but provide some solutions please

I can honestly say that dealing with UHS from a vendor point of view is a total waste of time. Unprofessional and a joke to deal with. Before you throw stones at your vendors, maybe you should look inside your own little "kingdom" for those who can't get their jobs done. How about hiring the appropriate number of people to get a job done too?
