Ultherapy? Damaging?

What's with this device, many bad reviews happening, burning faces, damaging eyes, where's the standard of safe, quality care? What's happening in their safety or compliance dept?

 

risky technology, poor training, they need to look into this, bad business practice, imo

 

Don't know for sure, but stay away from any affiliation if your can, heard the reps are scrambling to get out of there, doc's questioning safety of products, may be a sinking ship.
