Had an interview with them and didn't get it. Should I really be upset? Is 120k first year realistic?
Keep looking, this company is going down the tubes faster than a turd down a toilet. Slate has nothing to sell and what they have is being destroyed by compounding pharmacies, it's snake oil medicine.
But that is every territory now. Lots of stuff happened here. Reps inserting pellets into patients, inserting other things into each other, questionable borderline pay for pellets and so forth. Cin and Bob are doing very well but not much is falling to the reps who built the foundation.
The difference is that Bob does not have the cash to make it big. Its a fun company with fun people but our goal of 25% of the T market will never happen. There are a few home office people who have no business being here, ratchet, mom, gay paulie, but thats with any company.
If we get 5% of the market the company will be sold. Bob is worth .3% of total sales himself. The little game about going around the room to see how much of the market we can take is just that - a game. 50 Million per in sales is a big number they cant make the shit fast enough anyway...5% and we done.
