Unsealing of Whistleblower Suit Imminent

For a relatively small Pharma company, and one that plays in very basic, non- innovative spaces, SUN sure does have more than its fair share of legal issues.
Fines, settlements, plant closures, anti-trust ... it’s a little concerning.
Just doing some Googling as I was considering applying.

 

Are you saying that the only money to be made from Sun is to turn them in?

 

The funny part is that not many docs are prescribing the products. There’s no whistleblower case without false claims.
