high Staff/management turnover lack of leadership for departments poor salary internal staff turning on each other - sales reps leading the show not managers...sad sad environment.

The amount of damage the last round of jackass’s left behind is simply too much to rectify.

Good people don’t always leave because of money or work environment. They will leave though if they don’t see a FUTURE...and there isn’t one here, except for dickheads like Rogen and Guggenheim who somehow must have got locked into some kind of ridiculous agreement that’s to expensive to get rid of them.

Dental sector doesn't have much future, golden days of 40% GP sales and cerec's flying of like hot cakes are gone.

Yet somehow we decide that dividends and paying exec’s millions while botching up our systems and customer offerings is the right thing to do.

If they reverse the dividend, your stock and retirement goes to nothing. Take the dividend and invest it in the market.

How are sales reps running the company? Bullying managers? Our branch is mellow and our top rep couldn’t run a hotdog stand.

40 margins are a thing of the distant past. That being said, there is still a lot of money to be made in Dentistry. Quit bitching about previous executive team. They are gone.

Sirona has the ability to get cerec rolling again with some incentives. This is beyond our control.

Patterson needs a hit in Las Vegas. Improve moral with a healthy end of year stock award announced at the meeting... and hefty incentives for the sales, inside and tech crew. We have leads, we have good lines of equipment, and most importantly we have solid relationships... now it’s time to execute. Here is how:

    1. Scrap SAP or let it run in the background for those that want it. Bring emagine back to life.

    2. Faster, reliable and accurate equipment quoting tools. emagine back online will fix this problem, also

    3. Incentives to improve moral in all departments. Can’t afford it now? Dig deep for year end bonus and promise tiers of bonuses for a strong 2020 finish. Short term incentives (quarterly) also if possible with big carrot dangling at end of the year. Make this incentive to all, not just sales team. Dig deep Uncle Shirley.

    4. Give sales people a budget for annual courtesy service fees and free service calls to use based on sales volume.

    5. Just ask the employees to commit to better attitudes in the field. It’s that simple. Give them some direction and short and long term goals and ask them
To help the company achieve them with corresponding rewards. Strong rewards.

We are better than our competition. It’s time to execute. No bullshit smoke blowing in Vegas. Money makes things better.

Patterson will never be what it once was before Rogan. Misiak, Anderson, Guggie, and Guggino. They are all losers and ruined this company. Yes they are gone but so are the many loyal employees that helped build this company. For those of us that stayed we have a long way to go to recoup what those morons did to us.
SAP.....I believe the morons spent $120M or more on that loser software. That will not go away any time soon. We all would like emagine to come back but it won’t. In that idiot Rogans words....”this is a game changer folks”....yes you moron it certainly was a game changer. Why is he and Guggie still here?

Correction, were better than our competition. And your "fixes" aren't happening. So get your head straight and sell something. If you also think Cerec is the bee's knees then your head is further up your a** than Rogans was up Anderson's. It's good but not great anymore. Sell the other stuff we have, because the days of Cerec being the top dog are gone.

Not even a close race compared to the competition. I’ve been on both sides of the fence and Patterson is lacking heavily in any sort of competitive advantage. The experienced reps on the street make up 90% of the value add that PDCO brings, but it stops there. No tools in the bag what so ever, all while handcuffed by poor systems. The race to the bottom on margins will make the TR roll obsolete in the next 5 years.

Wishful thinking the TR will be around in 5 years...at least in the current form. Younger dentists don't value the relationship, they don't need it. The internet let's them have all the information they want and more on their phones. No need to wait until next week when the rep stops in. Sirona's arrogance has destroyed the technilogical advantage they once had. The competition has caught up with them and has blown past Patterson. Hope for a buyout of the dental group to boost the stock and sell it all

It’s a complete gong show here. Came here 5 years ago and remember the “sales” training and all the hoopla that came along with weeks of bullshit in Minneapolis. Half the graduating class is gone and the other have are miserable. What a load of garbage we were fed about all the systems we would have and the exclusives blah, blah fucking blah.

This has been nothing more than a bad con job. I worked my ass off and have lost accounts to groups and dentists who are sick of bad tech service and orders all fucked up. I’ll be gone by Summer’s end. Fuck you Stumpy!

I left this shit show almost 2 years ago. Could not stand the idiots in charge. That whole Minnesota mafia from Anderson...who had no business being in the role of CEO to Gugino who had no business being the CFO and of course Guggie, Misiak and that little idiot Rogan.
There are options out there and I suggest you look a some of the other companies that don’t have all the corporate bullshit. I for one found a happy home in dental and I can assure you there is happiness in this field. Look around and you will find piece of mind away from idiots like Rogan and Guggie.

Little runt Roagie and Jammin’ Guugie both need to step off.

What a joke of a management team these two lunatics created. Frechette would be appalled.

they seem to have naked pictures of one or some of the board members. Has to be the only reason those 2 morons are still employed

Because they are unfortunately the only ones with some sort of dental field experience on BoD.

Mark Walchirk should have walked the entire Dental leadership team out the door on his second day. Cleaned house and brought in competent leaders. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to be a strong leader and is letting them "fix things". Huge mistake.

He was brought in to clean up a mess and unfortunately the mess has turned into a massive dump.

He’s made a pile of dough, he should have the the balls to get rid of the remaining idiots now, they’ve had long enough to screw shit up.

    Guggenheim, Rogen and Killian...OUT NOW!!!!

You have to realize that the successful executive has to have in-depth dental experience to "fix things", as Benco's experience shows people outside dental industry can screw up royally.
