what if you put the opposite of your plan and you get fired, and your plan actually works cause you really suck. how about you just put the opposite of a good plan anyway just to be sure.

Layoff Package

I heard the layoff package was terrible and cheap and people were basically thrown into the ocean without a life-raft or anything. Is this true?

Package is generous. I got equivalent of years pay with package and accrued vaca time. So about 80k after taxes
