    It's good news, but won't matter for many. Incentive plan is set up so most will only make 5-7k/quarter if you continue to grow substantially each quarter. The Feraheme issue will make it easier to do that, but won't result in much more $ opportunity for most reps. Liana made sure if that.

    This company just never seems to learn from their mistakes. They lost approximately 60% of their sales forces coming out of a launch because of a toxic environment and declining incomes which are not close to the market wages for like jobs. I guess we can thank Liana or MJ for that. What does Liana do anyway?
    Then they hire Lori. Instead of coming in and listening to her people....she comes in and threatens them. What book on leadership did she read?
    Sorry J. Poor hire. Bet you see another exodus after a few Q bonuses come out.

    Those that won't perform out in the field will continue to be pushed out. The "good ole days" where no one was held accountable and the sales force ran wild are gone.

    With the way the territories and alignment is set up, you will have no idea who is really performing. Whoever set up this new alligent should be fired. You will have some under qualified slackers walking into territories getting ready to bust, due to previous rep's effort. Others are absolute dogs with little Injectafer and very low potential that will take a very long time to turn.

    You will just have to get over the fact that those same reps you continuously malign made the company many millions of dollars. They didn't do it by sitting on their asses. Sorry you couldn't be part of it. By the way when is your contract over? How much more money will u cost this company with your big pharma cookie cutter mentality and complete lack of understanding of how our sales are made. Time for Japan to clean house up top.

    We see right through you. You have nothing constructive to offer. Get ready for another 50% turnover within the next 6 months

    Incentive plans have been devised for most reps to make 5-7k per quarter. You will see some huge discrepancies here or there, but most will be in that range. M J used to think that reps should be happy making $125k total comp. that was 10 years ago. Now she has more reps and has lowered that to $100k total.

    For those unemployed that are usually hired at this company, nobody leaves their jobs to come here. For those of you who have been here 1 year plus, your yearly earnings have just been decreased by roughly 10k plus, even if you can continue to significantly grow your territory. So you started off underpaid and now are paid even less.

    No use bitching about it. Use this as a stepping stone and get the f out. The good news is that people who leave always find better jobs making more $ due to their experience here. It's time.

    Sales force ran wild? Are you and idiot? The sales force had to put up with more of the same BS that's going on now. Once she dealt Venofer to FMC the hand was/is over and MJ only cares about MJ.
