Updates on what we know for neurology spots?

1- we know mixed talent is not the greatest
2- we know start dates have been pushed back to sometime in 2021 but we don’t know when
3- we know there seems to be two pay bands- based on experience 120+/135+
4-we know 401 k is decent not great

what we don’t know and looking for answers is :

1- what does interview process entail ( recruiter, manager phone screen, etc etc)
2- Are managers already hired
3- when will offers be extended ( approx)
4- what are car options and cost to employee

135 is a hard cap. There is no + to it!

 

Managers in place.
No clue on car.
Phone and video with manager.
Video with area director.
Panel interview for some.
Start time moved from Oct to April
Most people who interviewed may have moved on by next year. No clue when offers come out.
I don’t think anyone knows much about the plan.

Why would they be doing phone screens and setting up interviews if the start date is April ? Why waste their time . I’m thinking they may bring reps on board earlier then we think , does not make sense to waste their time for potential candidates to move on .

 

Start the first of the year. Final zoom interviews with ASD happening in mid to late September. Verbal offers after that.

I don’t think that DM has been hired yet.

 

If we have not yet been contacted for a 4th and final interview with the newly hired manager, does this mean we did not get the position? It seems like everyone is moving forward with a final interview.

 

No. They’ve slowed down the process after the PDUFA date being moved.
I’m in regular contact with the hiring DM for my role and we haven’t dont have the next interview scheduled yet. But they have assured me I’m still in the running. They cited the PDUFA date as the reason.
