Yeah hopefully Richard and Nils will see the TRUE value in having top sales reps and
give us the old comp plan back. There are lots of open TM jobs this year in Urology.

what kind of money can be made as a TM? $200k plus?

Your pay directly correlates to the size of your territory. If your territory is 2.5 million or more then you are pulling coin. If it's small, you don't make jack...

 

Are Urology comp plans getting beefed up? I heard there is a possibility of this come National Sales...
