struggling are you kidding me? They post 20 - 30 percent growth year over year in this economy. Thats hardly struggling.

 

what are you smoking? they haven't posted growth #'s like that in about 3-4years! They are on a downward spiral.

 

I have to agree. The recent firing of the upper level sales management team is a good indication that things are not going well over there....

 

With a high growth company, percentage growth is not a good reflection on actual growth. They are still growing at a high rate vs industry average.

"upper level sales management" firing, is not always an indicator of company performance. Maybe in this scenario it was a indicator of incompetence?

 

Use this company as a stepping stone and that's it. Only about 4 out of 47 reps made their plan # this year. You can not make any serious $$$ at US Endoscopy. Its a shame as this used to be a very good company to work for.
