Vac and Car

Just curious, doing my own compensation survey…how many vacation days do new hires get and how much is car allowance? I don't care about base just these important add benefits.

You get 55 days of vacation
10 real sick days
5 fake sick days (this is when you call in, but your are not really sick)
Car allowance is $2500/month or a Porsche 911 GT3
401K they match up to 95% of your contributions
Dental/Medical/Vision
They will also cover up to 50% of your funeral arrangements should something occurr

Do they check driving record?

 

They don't want you to take vaca and then lie about it. Base pay is good, all else sucks big time.

 

Forgetting Ibrutinib is very special, will be huge in NHL. Stock is also continuing to rise rapidly in value.

 

We get shutdown week now so technically that's 4 weeks of vacation for a new hire to start. Base salary is good and based on experience.

 

Too late, huge payout is now complete!

 

what is IC plan funded at and do most reps hit target?
