Vacation policy for new hires

    Please share vacation policy and personal days for new hires.

    First 90 days( probation): 0 days
    Next 270: 180 days
    Personal/ sick days: As necessary: 365 max

    3 weeks vacation. 6 personal. Major holidays. No week in between the Holidays. Really is a weakness. Could be more competitive with vacation weeks. Other companies offer 5 weeks. Shut down July and December.

    I thank my lucky stars I'm employed here. Going on 25 years and was treated fairly the whole time.
    I do my job and don't complain and stay under the radar. My 401k is totally vested and is
    over $2M after the last bullish stock market run. I'm 55 and can retire now, but I plan on staying
    Until age 66.

    Who is your financial advisor? I want to hire him/her. I’m 56 and have 1.3 mm. But don’t think we’ll be around until 66.
