Vacation time

Has anyone else heard some employees are allowed to lump their vacation and sick time togeher as “PTO” and get 25 days off each year? I wondered how a few people are off all the time, and not sick. Most of us gave up a lot of vacation time to come here. It’s not fair to allow some to do this and not everyone. Either we all get 25 days off for sick and/or vacation (PTO) or everyone should only get 15 days vacation and 10 sick!!!

 

Call HR, don’t consult cafepharma.

Most departments in this company are a joke with SalesOps being at the top of that list! HR is a close second...
