First two years with company you get 20 days ( one month) plus 9 national holidays. If you are hired after February of your first year it gets prorated ( the number of vacation days). At the start of year three it goes up to 24 days. Compared to many other pharma and CSO's it is very very good. I know this because I know somebody who just took a job with them.
Sorry... a mistake, checked the vacation policy. 20 days in year one if you are hired in Jan or Feb, if not its prorated down after that. At year 2 its 24 days. Year 3 26 which goes thru year 5. Not sure after that but I think it goes up to 29 ( years 6-9) then 30 days at year ten. Hope that helps.
That's the issue I have. We get no sick days. it's just one lump sum. Therefore, I think it should be a few more days.
