How much vacation time/personal days/sick days is offered to new hires? And after how many years in does it change?
Do they adjust that if you currently have more at your current job? Someone with 20 years experience is going to have much more than that.
That type of expectation is why I’d rather hire a younger candidate. You work on commission but you want more time out of the field already and you haven’t even started?
