A manager in any profession, in any company, SHOULD be able to pass along salary increases to an employee. The manager should be able to hire and fire an employee also.
Plus you have double the ride alongs of other vaccine companies. Not only does your manager ride along, but a goon rides along with you on other days to try and verify whether what the manager reports is accurate or not.
