The correct question is why don't YOU have the inside info? The entire point of this website is to give gossiping asses a place spread rumors.

 

I don't have the inside info- I would love to know the sources stating that Ceva is buying and there will be an announcement on 9/1. It's pretty much all speculation (regardless if it ends up being true) unless someone has been told by the people involved in the negotiations. So let's see the sources..
