We're a Canadian company, who don't care what the SEC is suggesting. Maybe, you should learn to read financials and perform your own due diligence.

So, they/re issuing 750 million in new debt to replace some term debt that is due in 2022. So, the genius who put together this deal was willing to pay the bank millions in fees now to kick the debt down only 3 years to lock in the interest rate since she foresees that interest rates will only go up.

But she didn't take into account how this is perceived by the equity owners.

Valeant trades in the US on the NYSE and must obey the laws set by the SEC... was this message posted by the company trying to save face? Worst PR/media handling ever —- the SEC is all over this.

You got it - this is taking a line of credit to pay off the credit card bill - except she knows she will never ever ever be able to pay it off ——-at least she won’t go to jail until they find the papers she forgot to sign.....

Who doesn't make fun of Valeant? They're the punchline of the industry.

The punchline is the idiot PR Lanie Keller and the genius let her do this. Hope Christina Ackeman fires her dumb ass, probably wont have a choice when SEC arrests her.

Why? She's on par for the course, along with the other deplorables working there, including you.

SEC doesn't have a case or a clue, just a lot of hot air. Slap on the wrist offense by riding the envelope.

Hello Art Shannon, Thanks for this response. SEC loves it when people minimize their importance. Looking forward to your criminal conviction when Lainie says you told her to do its.

Emails cure amnesia and most reporters tape calls. There are lots of jails.

Reporters are all creating fake news, since there's no evidence.
