    Ha ha. So very true. My manager told my team that our regional manager said he didn't want to hear any complaints, just go sell Fanapt. We commented on targeting and were told he was not comfortable presenting it to his regional manager as his his RSM implied he and the other RSMs were scared of Tom & GP

    so true! i see people with high ranking titles and pimples because they only got their degree a couple days before taking the job. MP is either a pervert or enjoys hiring his childrens friends.

    Only 8 weeks (including Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks) and field representatives get a glimpse of the non retail docs that they have been responsible for since October 1. This is information that should have gone out weeks or months before IMS data was used, NOT 5 WEEKS AFTER THE FACT. These were targets that Tom and the regional managers did not want focus because they were supposedly non writers! You not only have a baseline based upon new accounts but you are 5 weeks screwed by management. Current rankings mean absolutely nothing. No one should be congratulated or penalized due to this complete fuck up on the part of sales management and analytics. Some reps will not get bonus because of accounts they had no idea were in their baseline with non retail business and other reps will get huge bonuses for the same thing and it means absolutely nothing about who was working harder or smarter. Can sales management see how stupid it was to roll something out beginning October 1 but not give any background data until November 3. No one should feel the wrath or be on Tom or regional's hit lists for poor sales. The 2% growth demand should be eliminated immediately.

    probably still get beat up and put on plan due to veeva numbers even though more doctors on target list have rxs than veeva shows. need new data in veeva when this was rolled out too and should have had non retail data from launch. we wasted lots of time using veeva data

    still don't know what other doctors are writing that aren't in veeva at all. we need larger database

    IMS said I am awesome. Veeva said that I am a horrible rep. I like IMS.

    Yeppers. Tom said on town hall, only 38 days left this quarter and to focus on growers, decliners and flat Fanapt writers and not those that stopped or never prescribed. Jokes on us, those that supposedly stopped or never prescribed were writing but no one knew and they were ignored. Action plan needed for Tom.

    they should make the non24 team sell fanapt since we are carrying their sales. Our division is bringing in all of the intakes but being treated like crap by dr ceo and Tom. If the other team is so special let’s see them sell fanapt

    Top dogs demanding to know why some don't have hetlioz intake yet. Answer: it's a fucking orphan drug for a rare disease. Let's just test the FDA by demanding intakes from psych Drs that may never see non 24. Some have done well but only by abandoning detailing Fanapt and severely twisting arms.

    the beatings are only beginning, they now expect an intake every 2 weeks. what happened to the goal in September of getting one by year end. Hetlioz CVA, slim jim and commercials only talk about blind patients but yet we are supposed to verbally sell for sighted. Seems very shady.

    what a shock. fanapt can not compete with one indication and hetlioz is for a RARE disease

Dr MH is too stubborn to learn that psychiatry has changed dramatically since he last saw a patient, GP is so out of touch with the US pharma industry and the mule boy Tommy (fired from every job) is trying to create a culture that is part Pfizer, part gym class Dodge ball
