Ha ha. Tom had the basic message but GP took the opportunity to point out failures of the sales force in past year and point out weaknesses within the organization but took no responsibility. That's not exactly a warm Christmas card from the CCO. Just say thank you for be your hard work and Merry Christmas, you arrogant, demoralizing piece of shit. And then go away.

That was the most disrespectful Christmas message ever. That man leads a commercial org? He isn't good enough to lead the fry cooks at McDonald's. Go away

OMG! GP is the Grinch! The Grinch is a bitter, grouchy, cave-dwelling creature with a heart "two sizes too small". Yes he is!

Happy New Year to everyone including our underachieving field sales team. We will have a good year unless you fail like you did in 2017. All the best from your friend and executioner, GP.

Give GP a break, he wrote his Christmas message while his head was up King Poly's ass.

You must be a miserable person to be so negative about everything.

It's Vanda, no one is happy but the few that are selling Hetlioz completely off label and being blessed by DC.

you must be in upper management. Fool. You are excited about seeing your subordinates at upcoming district meetings and making threats that will make them sell better and more.

These jump start meetings this week are worthless. Let role play Hetlioz but the script used by the top Hetlioz reps is anything but what we practice. How much longer will on label reps be scrutinized because of a few reps that have no ethics?

no ethics and embarrassingly low triage rates. volume should not be so important unless you want to be investigated for offlabel promo

Go to you tube and check out your CEO accepting an award from national organization for rare diseases. It was given for Hetlioz and goes head over heels talking about how Hetlioz is for the blind. What a hypocrite.

unbelievable and now Doc and his boy Tommy are demanding one every two weeks. Non 24 just went from being a rare disease to being as common as high blood pressure. Doc, give that award back.

how many patients are currently on the drug after four years of marketing? yes it is rare but we still haven't even come close to the total patient population suffering with this disease. you make it seem like the sky is falling and everyone is going to get in trouble but the truth is there is room for a lot of growth. you are just too dumb to understand that.

Exactly how would one determine the actual size of the patient population for Non 24?

A lot of the people on Hetlioz probably don't even have Non 24. How do you know the actual size of that patient population??

most do not have non 24.why else would we be told at the meetings not to mention orphan drug, rare disease or even Non 24 and definitely no fair balance. Role playing was basically how to convince a prescriber to use it as a sleep aid. It is so unethical but it is what is expected by leadership, although always verbal, never in writing.
