    whats realistic first year pay? I interviewed with the California manager. How is he to work for?

    Worked with them for a year. Great training, typical med device perks. I believe salaries have gone up as well as OTE since going public last year. Have turned pretty cutthroat as many companies are when the CEO is working on his 4th company to be acquired. Excellent technology, disruptive and capital so long sales cycle. Manager is a good guy over there.

    First year earnings I'd say $120-140k depending on territory.
