Might've been from his TikTok account? Surely interactions via TikTok bring more value?

Did the rep have a blue glass of koolaid visible in the screen shot?

There are numbers and expectations now! Every call should lead to a VCC!

There is a national ranking list in every North American BU of VCC’s by territory. Don’t be naive. They are looking and comparing

The best thing the company has had to drive business. These things are well received, easy to complete, and a great resource! As we move to TBO’s there will be no-Robles getting 5-10 of these completed per week for sure!

VCC will be here to stay called Virtual rep
Pfizer had a national 4 month pilot to evaluate vs sales & sales went up.
Every division in Pfizer moving forward will have virtual reps now. The Customer feedback is physicians prefer it over in office reps as long as can get samples mailed to them.

Downside, is you need 50% less reps in a virtual model and do NOT need 2-3-4 rep overlap in a territory with a virtual model.
So BLOOD BATH LAYOFFS are coming for Big Pharma that have more than 1 rep in a territory.
Will be historic cuts for Big Pharma like Pfizer. And if Trump looses pharma will be crushed w margins, stock market, patents, approvals & most important double corp taxes so have to offset w expense cuts.
Then 35% virtual model cuts w Trump will be 60% with Biden for industry.

So asap get to a division that 1 rep per terr

I think everyone who is actually at PFE and not a troll already knows this but it is true that folks are looking, measuring, and figuring out what it all means.

I don't know of anyone looking to use a pandemic to justify major layoffs however, a new normal is emerging from all of this but nobody knows yet the implications.

VCC is hear to stay given how sales actually went up w some products. So yes they will cost jobs because 1 Virtual rep in an offer can call (not vcc but call now) the same # in 2 territories with 4 physical in field reps.
Layoffs coming in 2021 but do not think it will be a blood bath. Probably only 25-30% tops.

Is everyone seeing how well received these VCC’s are becoming. Providers and staff seem more eager to take part in these educational and compliant interactions!

That’s all that’s ever been needed. Share of voice has always been a fool’s bet. It limited and/ or closed more offices and hospitals than it actually increased sales.
