If they want 5 virtual calls a day, no problem. If they want 10 virtual calls a day, no problem. The virus is getting worse every day. I am not going back into offices. I’ve seen patients being prepped for intubation for a vent, and the horror is their eyes in unimaginable right before they are put under! They don’t know if they will be able to come off, and this may be the last time being in our world. It’s horrible.

The only way Lundbeck will make a huge change with the sales force is if some major pharma company does it first. It’s called follow the leader. I wouldn’t blame Lundbeck if they fired the entire sales force and go with something else.

I have talked to MANY reps both here and other specialty pharma sales organizations ALL over the country, and you're #FAKENEWS comments are TOTAL BS! You noticed on yesterday's COVID call, they totally stayed clear of any discussion related to the future of the psych sales force. Only commented on a potential migraine scale up. It's so obvious they are planning to make cuts here. Just wait till the Takeda reps are back "one of these days' (LOL) in the field and see how difficult access will get especially when we're all tripping over ourselves in those damn PCP offices, That alone illustrates Lundbeck's mere desperation here with the pysch sales force moving forward.

 

You reps are certainly in a tough spot. Management is clearly going to downsize sales force, and until (hopefully not if) there is a vaccine, companies aren’t going to be hiring. Hopefully someone else in your family has stable employment and can pay your bills.

 

You're probably right..Not much we can do about it, but I tell you, the past 3 months have been the easiest $2500 take home bi-weekly paycheck I've ever had, and I will continue to ride this "Easy Money Wave" for as long as I can.

It’s really a lose-lose situation for you guys. Either company still makes money and realizes rep ROI isn’t worth it, or starts losing money and has to lay you off.

Also, how can doctors practice without us telling them about all the possible patient profiles they may encounter during their practice? With all the new data on our psych drugs to share, it will takes years to disseminate it to physicians.

who cannot love this? Almost 3 months vacation except when I have to do conference calls. The zoom calls I make up and brag about how I went through every page of my detail aid and my stupid manager loves it!!!

 

Looks like they have the backing of the medical community at certain hospitals and CDC who continue to lie about the severity and cases. But we are all up the creek, powerful people and other counties are going to keep this country shut down until the election. Or until people get fed up , but everyone is getting paid in some cases they make more money not working.
