Versah vs. Big Boys

Just heard that one of the "big 3" implant companies tried buying Versah and was soundly rejected. Any idea who the prospective buyer was? The prevailing theory is that whoever it was wanted to buy and kill it and the brand, given that Versah's innovative approach flies in the face of most traditional implant techniques.
