Is this one of the same? A sinking ship? Quite a few postings in the North East Region and Glass Door reviews weren't favorable any insight would be great.

Yes, they are the same company - I would not recommend, even to someone new to pharma at this point. Highly doubt this company will be solvent by the end of the year - total lack of transparency, reps are mistrusted and treated as though they are expendable by upper management. Hate to say it, but most of these extensive posts are true - products are not novel, and doctors frankly do not want to use them (and, when they actually do find a patient who may benefit, coverage makes it impossible more times than not to actually get the scripts into their hands). HR dictates everything, and sales is underpaid and held to impossible goals. Upward mobility here is basically non-existent. Managers are weak, and it's a toss-up as to whether sales leadership is passive/incompetent/have their hands tied/all of the above. The fact that there are quite a few postings is indicative of everyone leaving before the doors close, as well as a major feeling of lack of respect and appreciation from home office. RVL (the next "wonder drug" if you believe what they've been spewing at the last two years worth of POA meetings, likely will not launch this year, and if that's the case, idk how we'll stay afloat. People are trying to get out, not join Vertical/Osmotica.

Ask yourself why there are so many open positions - the sales team is leaving because they haven't been respected, and products are garbage. "Patented" technology on methylphenidate and amantadine may have been hits 10 years ago, but now they're stale and not sexy molecules. Pre-natal vitamins are cheaper and just as effective over the counter. Do some real digging on this company and it's financials before you decide to apply.

Here's what's gonna happen if you decide to apply - hiring manager will tell you the company is growing/products are all the next aspirin/you have the potential to make big $$$/you'll have total autonomy over your territory

You get an offer ($10k lower than what your teammate with the same amount of industry experience is making here), you get 10 different lot numbers of samples for 4 different products and virtually no budget for lunch and learns, you're told that Vertical won't hold your hand and you need to "hit the ground running" and you get put on a PIP within like 45 seconds of starting for not meeting an unrealistic goal

HR monitors your first and last call of the day and you get a nastygram if you're starting too late in the morning but also a nastygram if you're making a call after 5 pm, if you're using too much cellular data on your iPad, if you're having a lunch for 20 people and only 19 show up, or if you get a dozen donuts for an office of 6

All of these openings are from people who quit. Trust me you don't wanna work here

The best thing that’s happened of late is the exciting news we can expense $20 to wash our cars monthly!!!!

Do what I did, take the job while having another rep job. All you have to do is be very careful and tedious in planning-annoying but worth it. Most of the managers here are big pharma rejects that need their egos stroked. Yes HR runs the show but if you don't give them a reason to check up on you then you'll be invisible.
I've double dipping for almost 1.5 years now and my idiot evil manager who would report any of us to HR for the slightest infraction has no idea

Find any other job if you don't want to be looking again soon
the company is going to go out of business if Revitalid doesn't launch and they will
probably try to outsource sales or sell the business if it does
either way its not a promising future here
Management is clearly not in it for the long haul

Which brain washed minion is speaking on behalf of the ENTIRE COMPANY? Yet somehow we’re kept out of the loop and short changed.. figuratively and literally.

Probably one of the what, 4 remaining DMs? There won't be a sales force to launch it with since everyone is quitting

The FDA has not yet approved Revitalid. The application was filed in Nov 2019 but they have 6 to 10 months to make a decision ( can approve or deny) and often require further studies to support applications.
If the drug is approved it still needs to go through phase 4 post market clinical studies.
A substantial $$$ investment for Market awareness: advertising and promotion would then need to be made.

Has anyone else on the sales force resigned?

    anonymous Guest

Do you mean within the last 24 hours or ever? All of the open sales positions are due to resignations. Literally like 1/3 of the company has resigned this year

I have no words all the posts are correct. It really is a horrible horrible place. BG in NY is a joke of a DM, well he had to take this due to getting ‘asked to leave or get fired’ from Allergan. 100 percent truth from my Allergan people. But he’s a good asskisser and doesn’t talk back unless it’s trashing other DMs or salespeople to HQ.
It is ALL true and it’s corrupt and sad state of affairs from the old days. The smart have left and are leaving
3rd quarter realignment coming after DM meeting outsourcing to third party for new hires.
    PAY is so bad.

    Unfortunate but true.
    Everyone is expendable

    Why did they get fired?

Let go? Fired? What if they QUIT?

Ok - let's entertain your delusion and say RVL does launch. Maybe you forgot the last 3 Vertical launches, I'll refresh your memory. Conzip AG launch (and re-launch) FAIL. M72 launch FAIL. Osmolex launch FAIL. Same leadership team. Odds for success aren't great...
