What is all the noise regarding Vertos Medical and some good reps leaving? Does this company have any competitors yet?

 

no, that is why the home office is worried. Better pay, better chance to move up. You become a bigger fish in a smaller pond while keeping your current relationships. Who wouldn't take a position with them unless they are crushing it. Then, next year the people that did well are going to get a huge increase in their goal and then they will entertain the idea with Vertos.

 

Very true...Who would not like to be a sales rep for a company with new technology and no direct competitors? Seems like a good gig!

 

If they gave me the offer I heard they were giving out, I would take it..... have a recruiter get in touch with me asap.

Then why are so many of the reps looking for other jobs?

 

I know reps doing $300 plus that are looking. It is and always will be, greener on THAT side of the fence. No one one is ever satisfied with what they have

Why is the ship sinking? And why so fast? I thought this company was taking off?

 

Only "taking off" according to those who have been in denial or those in areas where reimbursement is somewhat adequate. A company can't take off when it doesn't have consistent reimbursement or support from key specialty societies.
