In my opinion Virbac is not a well run company.

 

Too many inexperienced salespeople in my area. Little to No Product Knowledge.

 

What??? Virbac is one of the best companies in animal health. When Effipro launches in a few weeks it will be more powerful. They hire the most qualified reps in the industry. They pay the best, too. I know salaries are close to 6 figures and bonuses around 40-50K. I forgot to mention expenses and a very lucrative car allowance.

 

I have no idea of Payscale all I know is it seems the saleswoman in my area was thrown in the field with no product or industry knowledge. Like the company comm.
