    Easy answer!
A PMR calling the accounts they spent years developing great relationships with who became Cologuard advocates that built this company!

Keep the emotions out of it. We can be out of territory for 6 months. Don’t be naive.

So it begs the question....is Pfizer being disrespected in the same manor as Exact Reps? No...they are not. The ease dropping by Managers is deeming to all involved. And we are not ISRs. We are trying to keep things at bay, relationships will be stressed and put into jeopardy if this line of management continues. Plain and simple:
Cutting your nose off despite your face. Not worth it. Everyone is in panick mode. Stop and use use some common sense. FCRs right now is ridiculous. That’s nothing more than Management by intimidation. And it will hurt this company much more then help it. Please, all of you, go back to your damn drawing board.

Must be a brilliant micromanager replying. (Or a PMR with a very brown nose) Amazing how a little power goes to once’s sick head quickly, and uses it to come from nothing but harm. This industry is full of egomaniacs that should be relieved of their duties.

Our manger sent us invites for 3 hr virtual coaching segments. 3 hrs of listening to our calls! Is anyone else’s manger doing that ?

I hear they aren’t doing this at Pfizer. You should go get a job there. We don’t want you here.

The managers are dead weight right now. Instead of spending hours virtual calling with reps, they should call accounts in open territories or call patients to return kits. Do something productive instead of having these ridiculous team calls just to ask how our calls are going!
