    People are dropping like flies. Get out while you can!!! Leadership is terrible!

    I think everyone is already gone. The new are only old because they have been there longer than 6 months. If there are old longer than 6 -7 years than they are probably the ones going after the flies as nothing has changed in Vision Care for a long long time.

    Who are the leaders. Are they new bad leaders or old bad leaders?

    New good leaders might be a breath of fresh air.

    Same old bad leaders. Employee morale is at an all time low. I'm aggressively looking as are many others. The smart people have left already to greener pastures.

    grab the bonus and head for the door. Actually run the Bausch stink stays in your skin like a night of smoking and drinking. That stench is with you the rest of your pathetic life

    Righhttttt. 50% of the Salesforce must be bad then. When are these people going to look in the mirror? And now the crappy managers are all getting paid out $80K retention bonuses. Never mind us reps actually out here doing the selling!!! Can't wait to get out.

    Under appreciated
    Poor leadership
    Ultra is average
    Retention bonuses for managers, nothing for reps (oops supposed to be a secret?)

    Shall I keep going?

    Going all over to all different companies and all are much happier.

    shitty portfolio and pumpkin head sales leaders. of course the turnover is high. that is all this company has ever been because there has been terrible, juvenile leaders with no fucking clue.
