I am in the interview process with Vivitrol. What is an average package for someone who has been in the industry for 15 years? Salary range. Thank you

 

My package averages around 8 inches.

I'm a vivitrol rep (terrirory business manager). Been here for 5 years. My base is between 135k and 139k. target bonus is 45k. Average pay increase per year if you are rated at target is 3%. Hope that helps.

 

RUN,don’t walk away from this company. It is a sinking ship with VERY POOR leadership. There are much better opportunities out there.

Goals are attainable. Sometimes they're set too low, other times too high. It all comes out in the wash over the 4 quarters of the year.
