This is a typical time of year for cuts and there has not been much chatter so far...

I tried Vyleesi last night. My prescriber (a nurse practitioner who specializes in menopause) advised me of two things: first that nausea is experienced by many, but it often occurs with use the first time and is either drastically reduced or doesn't occur after the first time. Also, although the directions state to use it within 40 minutes of anticipating sex, most effects actually may occur several hours later. I experienced the nausea certainly, and I had anti-nausea meds to take (after sex,) which helped. It did not make me feel cognitively fuzzy or different than myself at all. It did make me feel enhanced desire, and it is now 20 hours later, and I still feel some (positive) effects. I know this is supposed to affect the brain, but I swear that it is causing my clitoris to throb. And it's nice to feel some life in the ole girl! So yes, I will try it again.
