Another round of specialists lost to AZ.

    Could it be:
-GSK biologics are paid significantly less than peers in biologic space?
-other companies like AZ are offering big $ because they value our experience and territory knowledge?
-Some genius set a mandatory call requirement of 7/day. That's also the primary care teams' goal. Is that realistic? Way to bring down moral.
-that the unit's management all comes from primary care so the solution is always going to default to reach/frequency vs spend time where you need to.
-Sanofi-Regeneron is interviewing now, yes, your team is interviewing for thise positions.
-dont worry, your team will win with science, less samples and stellar attitudes.

Time have changed. The so called "speciality" division has long been a sham. The call average you mention is more than achievable. In the past, specialty has made 3 call per day and called it quits. No longer my friend. Those divisions need to produce. GSK has been a company who rode the backs of the primary care division far too long. The other companies you mention, Sanofi, AZ etc..thos organiczations specialty divisions actually generate billions. Our speciality divisions barely sustain their sales forces. Time is up! you watch. If Nucala, Benlysta and HIV do not step it up, you all will be looking for work. So those 7 calls per day you complain of, get over it and put in a full day!

I fake 3 - 4 calls a day and working an 18 - 20 hour week. Selling creams on Glaxo dime too and pulling in four grand a month. Been doing it for a decade. Love these managers ass kissers on here.

That's strange, because in 2004 they asked for 8-10 per day and checked every rep. We were around the RTP area and I don't think we were alone my friend.

So speaking of biologics, what is basic manager salary range? How does that compare to the primary care side? What is the compensation plan beyondthat? Stock? Vacation? Bonus?

Primary care side acts like biologics doesn’t exist, but they call on the same docs. Weird how they act in silo but docs think of us as the same. Sorry you feel you have he dishonest to do your job. Hard the Compaby sets it up this way.
