    Clinton gave misleading testimony about a blow job, a personal thing.
    Clapper perjured himself on a National Security issue that affected millions of Americans.
    Big difference.

    Clinton perjured himself in an attempt to deny an average citizen justice in a court of law. It was far from a personal thing and besides there is no small print that says you can lie under oath because "it's a personal thing"!

    His aides got surveilled incidentally when they willing contacted agents from a former enemy who were trying to sway the election. It's kinda like if you're observing a foreign spy and an American counterpart contacts that spy, the American counterpart gets surveilled too. Duhhh! :p
