managers and DCS OR JUST THREE PEOPLE PODS?

 

1/3 of DBMs gone. Headcount reduction for DCS will be around 15-20% to include current/future vacancies. 3 pod territories remain with districts/territories becoming much larger. Managers will have 12 representatives. Cross channel will be restructured to right size districts. This will result in many CDBMs being shown the door. Too many districts with 6 or fewer representatives as a result of October layoffs of the IDCS group.

Let's face it Novo of old is gone, changing environments plus ET buddy system and appearantly all the married women banging at POAs as previously posted (wtf) has led us to this. Trolls or not the writing is on the wall, we can cover much more territory with fewer people and let's face it managers here really don't do much. It's not because they don't want to, mainly because hands are tied! If your really being honest and want to streamline they should be merging EDCS teams with the DCS pods. In the end looks like Novo will streamline and call it something else, people will be out looking for new jobs and the ET will spin this turd sandwich to sound good to us all.
