    Really sucks that they finally shut down our copay cards for medicare patients. Everyone that was getting scripts was using pharmacies who would run those cards illegally. Someone Maria promoted told me she did it as well. Why did they shut it down now? Numbers are going to drop for a lot of territories

    Doesn't suck for me. I was not promoting like so many reps were. Our manager knew and encouraged the card use. A speaker paid by Aerie openly spoke about it at a dinner program. Other reps had similar experiences with speakers from around the country. Very sad the company let it go on so long. Glad I will not be effected though

    No one said anything about man or woman. So the responses have to be coming from Maria, Heather, or Noel. One of them who monitor CP.

    Someone on my team told me to check out CP. This thread is a mess. The question was if Evan was the right choice? The answer to that question is NO.

    It's mind draining dealing with EH and MZ and their raging insecurity. These conference calls have displayed some of the most emotionally unstable things ever. I think EH is scared of her because she is so screwed up. And they make each other crazy. The way her DM'S pander to her is so nauseating I have to put a bucket between my legs listening to it. If he sucks up to her any worse he is going to disembowel her like a freak swimming pool accident. This whole situation sucks. Never seen anything like this

    All of them. They are all her old reps. Except Atlanta. He’s new and no eye care.

    Both MZ and HJ try to show how strong they are. It was so staged at the regional poa with them on stage yelling. I couldn’t stand it.

    And not that smart. Was in a group with him at NSM. How did he get his job? Rumor has it he can barely run a conference call.

    There’s worse DM’s then him. There’s been some bad hires/promotions of late. I feel bad for the teams with these mgrs that are incapable of bringing any value or direction to their teams. Some just aren’t cut out for it or we’re not even successful as sales reps. How selections were made is an absolute embarrassment to upper mgt especially the hiring RD. Hand holding a mgr is a recipe for disaster and the fact that it’ll go on is a crime. There’s one in NE that doesn’t have 2 brain cells in her head and contributed nothing of value. I feel bad for her team and after her hire there were plenty more swing and missed. Now we have competencies lol. Let’s look at whether we even have qualified people in these leadership roles?

    Great idea Evan! You are a genius! 2 hour Conference calls discussing core competencies that are being led by people you hired who are too dumb to understand what a competency is. Some of these DM's are DA's. Maria and her group are the worst by far. That is what happens when you hand pick 3 of them DM's from your own team and hand another who hasn't got a clue a job to help with a discrimination lawsuit. Very sad. How about you get some balls for a competency and learn how to tell Maria "No we are going to hire the next opening based on talent". A leader that does not have the courage to do that is a disgrace.
